Core Responsibilities
Drive district sales and overall store health with frequent visits to stores
Team development (Coaching, feedback and recruit)

Store operations supports the Brand retail stores in ensuring that the LEGO brand, vision and values are exemplified while enhancing profitable sales. The team works with the stores to communicate and implement directives from all departments, crafting policies and procedures for stores to ensure consistent store operations and consumer experiences.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $110,238.00 - $165,356.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
