• Oversee day-to-day office operations with confidence and care
• Hire, train, and support a high-performing support staff
• Manage medical records, billing and facility needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOH standards

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare or medical/dental office settings (preferred not required)
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and lead with a customer-service mindset
• Associate’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required

Pay range: $28.55-$31.84

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
