Description:

With a high degree of accuracy and patient satisfaction, aids patients/guardians/guarantors in coding and billing and pas due balances. Reviews accounts for coding, billing and payment accuracy, including past contact with the patient prior to contacting the guarantor through letters and phone calls. Reviews accounts for submission to a collection agency and refers any barriers that may be hindering account resolution.

Education:

High school graduation or equivalent

Experience:

More than 1 year experience required
