What you’ll do: 

The Home Infusion Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to various patient

populations with patient safety and compliance as optimal goals for achievement in the homecare

setting.

What you’ll need for this job: 

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

• Current Illinois licensure as a pharmacist

• 1-2 years of previous work experience

• Home health or hospital experience preferred

Pay Range: $47.77 - 78.82 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
