Description:

Are you an experienced Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse seeking top-tier compensation and maximum flexibility? Join FirstChoice, Trinity Health’s internal mobile resource pool, and take control of your schedule with self-scheduled per diem shifts.

Must float between Trinity Health Muskegon and Trinity Health Grand Rapids

Minimum Commitment:

- 36 hours every 6 weeks

- No weekend or holiday requirements

What you'll need to qualify: 

  • Active Michigan RN license in good standing (no disciplinary marks)

  • Current American Heart Association BLS

  • Current American Heart Association ACLS

  • Minimum 18 months of recent, consistent bedside experience in an acute care Stepdown/PCU setting

  • Must not hold a concurrent position at any Trinity Health facility

  • Ability to complete required orientation and training
