Creates dashboards, statistical process control charts, and specialty
charts which measure performance. Builds reports, extracts and
analyzes data and prepares clinical data presentations from various
systems for decision making and support of patent safety and infection
reductions initiatives. Assists in monitoring action plans and measuring
outcomes from those efforts. Provides reports to clinical departments
analyzing any identified trends.
Manages confidential data sets for statistical and trend analysis;
develops procedures for gathering, entering , and reporting data to
assure accuracy and timely flow of information.
Assists practitioners with projects and provides, as needed, ideas for
said projects. Participates in special projects or committees as
requested working towards achieving overall department goals. Enters
data into the public health software in a timely manner to remain
compliant with this requirement.
Minimum Education:
Required: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Preferred: Bachelors Degree
Minimum Experience:
Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $22.07 - $34.21 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
