What you’ll do:
Provides clinical leadership for Pharmacy Services, develops, plan, implement, and evaluates clincial pharmacy programs with emphasis on improved drug utilization, decrease cost of hospitalization and/or improved patient recovery. Accountability for the day-to-day clinical practice management as well as long term planning.

What you’ll need for this job:
Bachelor's Degree required
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
PGY1 Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience required
PGY2 or equivalent experience required
Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois required
Board Certification (BCPS) in Specialty Area required
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) preferred
