What you will do:
The Supervisor of Social Work-Mental Health is responsible for the oversight of all Clinical Documentation and curriculum development for the behavioral health service line, clinicians. The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the development and assessment each area of the service line where clinicians treat patients, this includes but is not limited to: Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Clinic, PRO’s, Crisis and the inpatient behavioral health beds.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving and supporting post-acute care coordination/Ambulatory Care Coordination programs by promoting a collaborative, open, and inclusive work environment within a highly matrixed organization.
Collaborates to monitor and respond to complaints; Facilitates the resolution of problems and conflict by encouraging decision making by those responsible, remaining objective, respecting feelings, and soliciting perspectives to each new idea. Implements corrective action plans as necessary.
Orients, trains, and provides ongoing staff education and development to elevate staff competency and quality of care and services.
Promotes teamwork by keeping others informed, participating in group decision making, working to accomplish team objectives, and by soliciting feedback about effectiveness as a team member.
In collaboration with Director, develops short and long range plans to support the mission of the organization, the ACO and the strategic plan, and departmental and team goals and objectives. Promotes continuous improvement through innovation and work redesign.
What you will need:
Pay Range: $34.05 - $48.89
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
