Description:

This is a grant funded position. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be able to provide more details in the form of a Grant Funded Position Agreement.

Position Purpose

The SF² Network & Quality Coordinator provides leadership, quality assurance management and coordination of program services. Cultivates a culture of partnerships and innovation for the organization through collaborations within and outside The Village. Creates future actions for the SF² Network.

What you will do

  • Partner with the SF² Network to ensure integration of services, development of system of support and expansion of system of care

  • Engage in data driven decision making, management, quality improvement and planning; integrate and create efficiencies within and outside organizations; create reports that support the continuous improvement of services and ensures high quality in databases

  • Collaboratively develop work plans and work agreements to meet programmatic goals and objectives

  • Facilitate inter-agency meetings and provide training and education both internally and externally

  • Manage the processes and protocols for new referrals

  • Monitor staff performance, including completion of all requisite documentation standards and ensuring corrective action if needed with the SF² Network

  • Contribute to agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing The Village in community groups or committees as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, social services/human services, public policy, child and family development or other related fields required
