Provides direct administrative, social and programmatic services to support individuals served within the Emergency Women's Shelter. Skill services include, but are not limited to, compliance with all policies and procedures of the Emergency Shelter, monitoring and deploying de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and healthy environment, facilitating building security, completing intakes and assessments of new and current individuals served, coordinating housing-first operations with Housing Advocates for a team-based model of service delivery to support individuals served, providing necessary support and access to items to maintain daily living for individuals served, data entry, accurately completing all required documentation, and other duties as assigned.
