Saint Alphonsus is looking to hire a Clinical Resource Associate for our Clinical Management Team. This position will be located in Boise with opportunity at times to work from home. This part time position will be one week on and one week off (Mon-Fri) and is benefit eligible.

As the Clinical Resource Associate you will analyzes patient clinical information to determine correct admission status for proper billing and reimbursement purposes. Reviews concurrent clinical information for medical necessity and provide information to payors to ensure continued authorization and payment. Assists with the facilitation of delivery of services on behalf of patients, physicians, and the CRM team.

General Requirements: 

  • One year of experience in physician office, hospital, or insurance company required.
  • Experience in hospital as unit clerk, Accredited Record technician (ART), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or financial counselor preferred.
  • Successful completion of medical terminology course or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge in medical insurance or background preferred.

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
