Job Title: Transportation Attendant

Ministry: Trinity Health PACE

Shift - First Shift/Full Time

Position Purpose
Assist with transporting PACE/LIFE participants to and from the center and appointments, ensuring safety, comfort, and timely communication with drivers and staff.

What You Will Do

• Accompany drivers during participant transport and assist with ambulation and toileting as needed.
• Communicate with the center and transportation team regarding schedules and participant status.
• Support participants during recreation trips and appointments.
• Help sanitize vehicles and transport supplies, meals, and mail.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred; training provided if less.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
