Description:

Mercy Medical Center is looking for a Patient Access Rep to join our Radiology Team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

  • Greet patients and administer check-in and registration

  • Prepare charts

  • Answer multi-line phone and triages calls

  • Schedule appointments for exams and procedures

  • Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments

  • Create and maintain a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred

  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Position Highlights and Benefits:

  • Full Time, 40 hours M-F days

Pay Range: $17-22/hr

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
