Social Worker LMSW - Adult Psych Group Facilitator

Position Highlights:
What you will do:
In this role you will be part of an interdisciplinary team and provide advanced clinical skills. The group facilitator is responsible for providing daily group therapy to individuals on the unit. The group facilitator will be expected to document on individuals, work with the staff to advocate for the best course of treatment, facilitate groups using CBT, DBT, and solution-based therapy models. In this role the group facilitator will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive environment for patients to engage in group. Skills required: strong communication skills, active listening, conflict resolution, good time management, and the ability to think creatively. This position requires someone who is independent, skilled in de-escalation, and able to manage a group of 8-12 individuals.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.08
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
