What You'll Do
Provide top-notch pharmacy services to both inpatient and outpatient infusion center patients. Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
• Dispense and distribute medications
• Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
• Interpret lab results and patient charts
• Share drug info with hospital teams
• Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
• Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
• Document clinical interventions
• Day-one medical, dental, vision, PTO, life, STD/LTD

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred)
• Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency
