Job Title: Tray Line Supervisor
Employment Type: Full - Time
Shift: Rotating (Mixed Varied - 6:00 am, 10:30 am) (Position requirement of every other weekend rotation)
Location: Saint Francis Hospital, Wilmington, DE
Position Purpose:
The Tray Line Supervisor performs supervision of staff to ensure quality of food and service to all patients and customers using DHSS, JCAHO, HACCP and Trinity guidelines and policies for the hospital’s Food & Nutrition Patients Department.
What you will do:
responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervision of staff to ensure quality of food and service to all patients and customers using DHSS, JCAHO, HACCP and Trinity guidelines and policies.
Scheduling, payroll, assisting management with paperwork and reporting.
Assist and involved with employee disciplinary action.
Ability to handle and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Cash register control and money procurement, bank deposits and change orders.
Training and development of employees.
Responsible for departmental opening and closing procedures.
Fill in and assist wherever needed in the absence of hourly employees.
