About the role
In this role, the Laboratory Supervisor, Pre-Analytical directs the daily operation of non-testing laboratory services for phlebotomy, to ensure the pre-analytical and post-analytical precision and reproducibility of laboratory test results in accordance with accreditation standards and guidelines.

Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Specific Degree(s): Science or healthcare related field
Greater than 2 years of experience in the designated specialty or area of responsibility
Preferred:
Prefer candidates who qualify under CLIA 88 as general supervisor
Licensure/Certifications:
Preferred:
Phlebotomy certification (approved certifying agency) and/or certification as Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or laboratory discipline specific or specialty certificate (ASCP or AMT or other approved certifying agency)
Other: Prefer the candidate meets CLIA88 qualifications as general supervisor (high complexity testing).

Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.
Pay Range: $66,000 - 106,000 Annualized
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
