The Assistant Manager for OR Support Services is responsible for the optimal functioning of the department by ensuring patients receive quick access, excellent customer service, and quality patient care. They lead the OR Assistant and Anesthesia Technician teams.
The assistant manager will support the OR nurse managers in developing long term planning of human and fiscal resources within the operating rooms. Compliance with all regulatory groups to ensure safe, ethical and quality patient/family centered-care is required. The assistant manager demonstrates and promotes Trinity Health's core values for their colleagues and our patients.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $25.71 - $41.14 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
