As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll be at the heart of innovation—partnering with frontline nurses, physicians, and leaders to design and deliver cutting‑edge education that supports high‑acuity care. From onboarding new nurses and supporting professional growth to leading evidence‑based practice changes, you’ll play a key role in shaping confident, resilient clinicians who deliver exceptional care when it matters most.

What's required:
Education: Master's in Nursing Education, or MSN.
Licensure: RN Indiana License. Board eligible upon hire or within 12 months. Obtain nursing certification through ANCC within 18 months of hire.
Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in critical care – Emergency department, critical care step down unit, intensive care unit or surgical ICU.
