As a Salesforce Architect you will: design and execute a centralized strategy for the Fundraising Department’s Salesforce org; collaborate with your team and users in identifying functional and technical requirements in the evaluation, analysis, and design of small- and large-scale solutions; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale and articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture. You will also be responsible for ensuring the continued technical growth of junior team members.

This role is primarily remote with a hybrid option. It may require occasional on-site presence; therefore, you should live within a commutable distance.  No relocation assistance is available.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s Degree with a major in Computer Science or related discipline
• Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) experience
• Experience with Azure Devops, Copado, and Ownbackup or similar tools
• 2 years of experience leading/mentoring junior Administrators and Developers

Required Criteria

• At least 7 to 10 years of work experience on the Salesforce platform
• At least 3 years of experience with SDLC
• Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
• Experience using a Devops platform such as Copado
• Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Application Builder, Platform Developer 1 and (Application Architect OR System Architect)
• Experience developing secure complex features and functionalities using: Flows, Apex, SOQL / SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
• Experience working with internal ETL and Integration teams to deliver a solution
• Experience working as part of an Agile Scrum team
• Experience installing and managing third party integrations with Salesforce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills

Salary Range:

$150,000-$232,000/Annual
