Join our team at the Lenexa, KS Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) site as a Materials Planning Intern! In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supply chain and inventory management while contributing to the success of our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This is your chance to learn from industry professionals and make a real impact on production efficiency and product quality.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and address any disruptions.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with material planning.
• Assist in creating production schedules and resolving material-related issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.

What You Will Learn:

• Practical skills in materials planning, supply chain coordination, and inventory control.
• How to analyze data to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Key insights into production scheduling and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaboration techniques with engineering, customer service, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
