Raytheon’s Naval Power strategic business unit (SBU) specializes in sensors, command and control and precision weapon solutions to protect allied ships and sailors around the world.
We are currently seeking a seasoned professional for our Director, Mission & Quality Assurance position. The selected candidate will work in Tucson, Arizona.
The Director, Mission & Quality Assurance, for the Naval Air Missiles (NAM)S) Sub-SBU will be responsible for promoting and driving a robust and collaborative quality culture for the business. Backed by over 40-years of proven performance, Naval Air Missiles (NAM) delivers an array of weapon systems including world-class, highly maneuverable short-range air-to-air missiles, extremely capable stand-off weapons, decoys, jammers and highly maneuverable/hard to detect strike weapons with sophisticated flight capabilities.
The NAM Quality Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic quality improvements for the business. Acting as the senior authority on quality, you will partner with executive management, customers, and regulatory agencies to align business goals with compliance requirements and the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and quality.
This is an onsite only position in Tucson, Arizona.
A U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Additional security clearances or special program access is required in this role. Ability to obtain and maintain additional program access is required.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
