*This position is located on the island of Oahu and candidates must work in the state of Hawaii upon hire*

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Review, verify, and finalize self/voluntary audits as assigned including revision, cancellation, and arbitrary audits for physical and hybrid/virtual audits. Follow up with insureds, agents, Commercial Underwriting, Support and Billing/Collections for required information and clarification to verify and finalize audits in a timely manner.
  • Manage the e-mail folder of audit inquiries daily, including the daily incoming audit submissions. Handle and address incoming phone calls to the Premium Audit Department.
  • Enter and process physical and hybrid/virtual audits as completed by FICOH, vendor field auditors and remote audit vendors.
  • Review and approve for processing the Monthly Vendor Invoices
  • Assist the Premium Audit Reviewer(s) as needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Experience:

Audit Reviewer Trainee:

  • 2-year college degree or equivalent general office experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – including professional telephone etiquette skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well with others

Audit Reviewer I (along with the above qualifications):

  • 1 years Audit Reviewer experience

Audit Reviewer II (along with the above qualifications):

  • 2 years Audit Reviewer experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Insurance system technology

Special Circumstances:

  • Occasional overtime may be required

Salary:

$56,300 – 64,200 annually
