Contract Specialist

Review, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts for commercial sales contracts, master purchasing agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, amendments and non-disclosure agreements; work closely with and collaboratively with sales, service, finance, legal, contracts administration, sales operation and other cross-functional teams regarding contracts provisions; develop and implement processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improve contract workflow. 

Review, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts for research and development, marketing, and distribution of electronic and optoelectronic connectors, cables, and modules for applications in 3C electronics products (computers, communication equipment, consumer electronics), automobiles, industrial and green energy field products.

Apply legal principles in governing the contracts including responsible to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts within the company, ensuring all contractual activities – from initial negotiation and drafting through execution, performance monitoring, and closeout – align with legal requirements, regulations, and company policies; Manage Intellectual Property (IP) Contracts with high-tech companies and provide legal guidance on IP matters to support strategic corporate business objectives; Negotiate licensing agreements to get the best possible agreement and ensure protection of company patents and trademarks.

Qualification Required:         

Minimum Master of Laws degree (LLM)

Wage:                                     

Wage: $112,070. to $121,264. per year
