Job Description:

Performance & Strategy: Responsible for end-to-end sales support / operations on Pinduoduo and Dewu. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (GMV), break down the paths to increase traffic, conversion rate, and average order value, and be accountable for final ROI.

Product & Visual: Responsible for product selection, listing/delisting, pricing, and inventory alerts. Plan hit products, optimize titles, main images, and product detail pages (coordinate with graphic designers).

Traffic & Promotion: Proficient in using paid tools such as search and scene-based advertising. Plan official campaigns including flash sales, 10-billion subsidy, and mega group buys, and secure promotional placements.

Data & Risk Control: Monitor core metrics daily—visitors, conversion rate, DSR rating, refund rate, etc. Conduct competitor analysis, adjust strategies promptly, and avoid platform penalties.

Coordination & After-Sales: Align customer service (response rate), warehouse (shipping timeliness), and supply chain (replenishment). Handle major customer complaints and maintain store ratings.

Responsible for product listing, detail page optimization, and price system maintenance on the Apple APR platform. Respond promptly to requests and ad-hoc matters in communication groups, and handle business complaints, etc.
