Mission
You will be responsible for the Cable & Car Charger product lines. Through product portfolio planning and trade-offs, you will drive the brand's market share in Cables and Car Chargers and achieve excellent business returns.
Core Responsibilities
1. Business Opportunity Assessment & Product Portfolio Planning
Translate market signals (competitors, channel feedback, data trends) into:
Clear product opportunity judgments
Actionable product definitions and roadmap recommendations
Based on market and channel objectives, determine:
Which sub‑categories to pursue or cut
Specification definitions
Target price segments
Plan and execute the Good / Better / Best product portfolio for Car Chargers & Cables
Define the mission of different SKUs (traffic drivers / volume drivers / profit drivers)
Lead SKU trade-offs, spec trade-offs, and price segment selection
2. Product Definition & Project Ownership
Lead early-stage product judgment for Cables & Car Chargers, including:
Market entry price segment analysis
Core specifications and experience boundaries
Systematically evaluate different product proposals on:
Technical feasibility (power, heat dissipation, compatibility)
Cost structure and business viability
User experience and conversion potential
Transform wireless car chargers from "technical concepts" into:
User‑understandable
Channel‑sellable
Actionable product definitions and solutions
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with R&D, mechanical engineering, supply chain, testing, and vendors to:
Clarify requirements, drive decisions, and resolve conflicts
In project and product discussions:
Identify key pain points
Avoid unproductive back‑and‑forth
Lead English communication with overseas teams:
Host meetings in English
Drive conclusions and action items to completion
4. Information Processing & Efficiency Improvement
Efficiently collect and structurally process information from:
Market, channels, competitors, technology, users, and other sources
Skillfully use AI tools to:
Support information organization, analysis, and decision‑making
Improve efficiency in documentation, communication, and judgment
Build decision frameworks quickly in complex situations, rather than just accumulating information
What We're Looking For
Must‑haves
1–2 years of experience as a hardware product manager in consumer electronics
Familiarity with the complete hardware product development process
English proficiency as a working language; ability to lead meetings
Strong pluses
Experience in the charging accessories category
Real‑world experience in business trade‑offs (cutting proposals/features or pruning product plans)
Already using AI as a daily work tool
