Job Description:

   

We are seeking a results-driven professional with deep expertise in advertising operations and ad technology to manage and optimize the execution of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, search, social, and direct channels. This role is responsible for the technical setup, trafficking, measurement, and optimization of digital campaigns, while ensuring flawless implementation across ad tech platforms and compliance with tracking, tagging, and data governance standards. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with DSPs, ad servers, DMPs/CDPs, and tag management systems, along with a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Manage and maintain campaign setups across ad tech platforms including DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), and social platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, X, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure accurate ad tag implementation, tracking, and measurement.
  • Oversee implementation of pixels, conversion tracking, and tag management via tools like Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to meet or exceed KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, etc.).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage audience targeting, data integrations, and tagging governance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain rigorous quality assurance practices.
  • Provide detailed reporting, insights, and performance diagnostics to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, data partners, and technology providers to maximize campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain platform configurations and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems (e.g., discrepancies between DSP and analytics tools).

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, or media execution.
  • Hands-on experience with ad technology platforms including DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with tag management systems and implementation tools (e.g., GTM, Adobe Launch).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of digital media buying processes, trafficking workflows, and ad tech ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of media measurement, attribution models, and campaign performance KPIs.
  • Experience managing audience segmentation and data activation through DMPs/CDPs.
  • Familiarity with MRC standards, viewability, ad verification, and brand safety tools (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data for campaign analysis.
  • High attention to detail with a passion for process optimization and automation.
  • Effective project and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining operational accuracy.

  • Role supports regional, national, and global campaign execution.
  • Operates within the Performance Marketing & Analytics Ad Operations & Ad Technology team
  • Works closely with internal media teams, analytics, creative, and external agencies/platform vendors.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $89,400.00 - $206,500.00
