The Email Marketing Operations Associate will be part of a dynamic MarTech team responsible for the technical execution and ongoing evolution of customer messaging at J.Crew Group. This includes email, SMS, and journey-building experiences across key consumer-facing touchpoints for the J.Crew Group family of brands (J.Crew, Factory, and Madewell).

This role provides day-to-day operational support for the implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of messaging programs. It requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to align on strategy and prioritization, and with engineering teams and third-party platforms—primarily Salesforce—for technical setup and execution.

The associate will support a wide range of messaging, including batch, triggered, and transactional emails, as well as mobile communications such as SMS and push notifications. They will develop deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and work with integrated systems like BlueCore, Acquia, and Amperity to support segmentation and messaging strategies.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for operational excellence, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to stay ahead of emerging tools and trends in the customer messaging space. They will also play a key role in identifying new capabilities and sharing best practices with cross-functional partners across the organization.

Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $87,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.  The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
