Job Family Definition:

Plans and coordinates demand and supply management, business processes, and product or service delivery in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Partners cross‑functionally to improve processes, manage costs, integrate businesses, and respond to regulatory and business changes, with a short‑term planning horizon (under six months). Develops and executes executable demand and supply plans aligned to transition plans, supply constraints, and financial and market share goals. Scope includes lifecycle planning; order management (allocation, ATP/commit, attainment tracking); logistics (inbound/outbound and global shipment coordination); and inventory management (analysis and optimization). Tracks key performance metrics including availability, service levels, on‑time delivery, supplier response times, supply chain costs, and inventory.

Procurement/Sourcing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute short‑term (under six months) demand and supply management, business processes, and product or service delivery in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to drive process improvements, manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to business and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and execute executable demand and supply plans aligned with transition plans, supply constraints, and financial and market share goals.
  • Manage business execution processes including lifecycle planning and order management (allocation, ATP/commit processes, and attainment tracking).
  • Oversee logistics management, including inbound and outbound coordination and domestic and international shipment support.
  • Lead inventory management activities, including analysis, optimization, and velocity improvement.
  • Track and manage key performance metrics such as customer availability, service levels, on‑time delivery, supplier response times, supply chain costs, and inventory.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced. university degree.
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • End‑to‑end supply chain expertise (plan, source, make, deliver), including MRP, ATP, master scheduling, and inventory optimization.
  • Advanced analytical, data modeling, statistical, and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leveraging AI/advanced analytics for demand forecasting, supply planning, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and decision support.
  • Strong business acumen with deep technical knowledge aligned to overall supply chain strategy.
  • Proven project and relationship management skills, leading cross‑functional teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution; fluent in English and local language.
  • Working knowledge of national and international trade requirements supporting business and customs alignment.
