The Team and Role:
At Logitech, our Global Commercial Organization (GCO) is focused on scaling sustainable growth across regions, channels, and customer segments.
This role sits at the heart of our Go-To-Market, leading and owning Commercial Strategy & Operations for B2B and B2C across Europe, one of Logitech’s most advanced and strategically critical regions.
Reporting to the Head of Go-To-Market, this director-level role operates as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, with end-to-end accountability for the commercial operating model & performance system, Go-To-Market strategy including channel, distribution & pricing, and transformation & capability building - driving long-term, sustainable growth.
You will define, drive, and govern how the business runs: from annual and long-range planning to execution of new product introductions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and predictable growth across a complex, multi-market European landscape - setting bold ambition and turning it into operational reality.
This is a high-impact role for a strategy-led operator with deep commercial credibility,- someone who combines structured thinking and external focus with executional rigor - ideally with a background in top-tier strategy consulting followed by experience in Strategy & Operations, within a fast-paced, publicly traded environment.
Your Contribution:
Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech.
In this role you will:
Define and lead the commercial operating model for Europe, governing how the business plans, runs, and measures performance end-to-end — including annual and long-range planning, forecasting, and rhythm of business, with increased focus on Logitech for Business.
Act as a strategic partner to European Sales Leadership, shaping priorities, driving alignment, and holding the organization accountable to outcomes.
Architect the end-to-end Go-To-Market model, integrating GTM design, channel strategy, and distribution - including segmentation, territories, partner landscape, routes-to-market, coverage models, and resource allocation to maximize growth and market impact.
Set and govern pricing strategy and commercial policy, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and disciplined execution across markets and channels.
Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives, evolving the GTM model through structural changes, new business models, and measurable improvements in growth, productivity, and commercial execution.
Build, lead, and elevate the broader Commercial Strategy & Operations capability, developing a high-performing team that spans Commercial Excellence and strategic operations, and partnering closely with global teams and adjacent functions to embed best practices, drive alignment, and scale impact across the region.
Steer the commercial tech stack strategy and optimization (Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan,..), ensuring systems directly enable insight, productivity, and scalability.
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Category, Channel, Finance, and Enablement to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities.
Lead executive storytelling, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and high-impact presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Relevant education with a strong academic track record.
Early career experience in top-tier strategy consulting, followed by 10+ years in Strategy & Operations, Growth or Revenue Operations-type roles combined with significant commercial leadership experience and direct exposure to customer-facing sales within high-growth technology environments
Proven track record of acting as a decision-shaping partner to senior executives, with the ability to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C sales motions, including forecasting and performance management in publicly traded, quarterly-driven environments.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems using hypothesis-driven, data-led approaches, and drive implementations through to execution and measurable results.
Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability in executive storytelling and building high-impact presentations.
Strong analytical toolkit; advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Anaplan, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing these platforms
Experience with enterprise B2B sales models (hardware and/or SaaS preferred) and evolving GTM strategies.
