Location – While this role offers flexibility, we’re looking for someone comfortable commuting to our Norcross office twice a week.

About the role

As a Global Marketing Specialist at Malvern Panalytical, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how our key products are positioned and promoted across the globe. What you will bring to the role:

You are someone who:

• Has a strong background in developing and executing global marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B or scientific/technical environment.
• Understands customer segmentation, product positioning, and how to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
• Is confident managing multiple stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Brings experience in digital marketing, campaign performance analysis, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Can manage budgets effectively and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive follow-through.
• Is curious, data-driven, and eager to explore new tools and tactics—including AI—to enhance marketing impact.
• Thrives in a matrixed, international environment and is comfortable navigating complexity.
