Your Role

As a Procurement Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our procurement operations are efficient and accurate.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in managing procurement activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders.
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintaining and updating procurement data in our ERP system (DAX).
• Supporting sourcing and supplier evaluation processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement activities with production needs.
• Preparing and sending standardized documents to suppliers (e.g. confidentiality agreements, questionnaires, contact and banking details).
• Performing analyses and evaluations (price comparisons, supplier selection, etc.) and supporting KPI reporting.

Who You Are

You have experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support, and you bring:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (fluent English required).
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with procurement tools or ERP systems (DAX is a plus).
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary from €1,750 gross per month, plus commuting allowance and 13th salary.
• Commuting contribution up to €314/month.
• Relocation support up to €250/month (for up to 2 years, if relocating from 60+ km).
