Job Title: Copy Intern - UGG

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Copy - UGG

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

The Role

As a member of the UGG team, you’ll collaborate with passionate creatives and strategists to bring product stories to life. From naming new styles to crafting compelling copy for campaigns and digital platforms, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of the copy process—from concept to consumer.

Your Impact

• Contribute to product naming and brand storytelling
• Support creative and legal workflows for copy approvals
• Assist with proofing and editing across marketing channels
• Conduct men’s market research and help refine tone of voice
• Write engaging UGG Insider copy and other brand content
• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the copy team

Who You Are

• A passion for writing, storytelling, and lifestyle brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Curiosity about footwear, fashion, and consumer culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Copilot)

$20/hour

The salary posted reflects the target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
