Riverside Medical Group is expanding our urgent care team and we are recruiting for Advanced Practice Providers.
In this role: You must be able to see patients of all ages this includes Infants, Children, Teens and Adults
Job Details:
• Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Detail oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude
• Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems
We offer full time, part time and labor pool positions and welcome Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner applicants.
Our urgent care providers are scheduled to work in our five MD Express locations including Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, and Gloucester. MD Express Urgent Care is open 9:00 am - 9:00 pm 7 days a week.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating and performing the following:
Illness
Injuries
Physicals
Vaccinations
Education
Nurse Practitioner- Masters in Nursing
Nurse Practitioner License
Nurse Practitioner certification
Physician Assistant - Master Degree
Physician Assistant License
Required:
Meet comprehensive and professional standards.
Have a current, valid state of Virginia medical license or be eligible for one.
Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration.
