Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist – Home Health & Hospice (Contingent)
Location: Southern Ohio
Schedule: Every Weekend or Every other Weekend

What You'll Need:

• 1–2 years of Physical Therapy experience

• Solid experience with OASIS documentation

• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (preferred, not required)
