As a Clinical Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Excellence: Oversee and manage nursing care, ensuring top-tier patient outcomes and maintaining a safe, supportive care environment.
• Be a Key Decision Maker: Take charge of the agency's operations in the absence of the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or agency manager.
• Drive Quality and Safety: Uphold compliance with RHS policies and national safety goals while investigating incidents, addressing nursing errors, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Empower and Educate: Train, mentor, and develop staff to align with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Hands-On Impact: Perform supervisory visits, assist in nursing care planning, and step in to deliver exceptional care when needed.
• Optimize Resources: Assess and adjust staffing levels to ensure efficient operations and meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: Program Graduate, Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, Nursing

Experience:

• Required: Nursing experience
• Preferred: Supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions
• CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute)
• Valid Driver’s License
