JOB SUMMARY

As the Assistant Nurse Manager of our Level III NICU, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our tiniest patients. Working closely with the Patient Care Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team of nurses and care professionals, foster a supportive work environment, and promote excellence in patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is committed to the mission, vision, and values of Saint Francis Healthcare System.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

Associate's degree in nursing - required

Licenses/Certifications

Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required

BLS - required

NRP - required

PALS - required within 6 months of start date

Experience

Three (3) years NICU experience- to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team- required
