JOB SUMMARY

Schedules and treats all inpatient and outpatients as needed.

Duties include:

-Perform daily warm-up and daily dose check.
-Maintain accurate records within the EMR.
-Inform nursing and/or the attending Radiation Oncologist of any patient problem and status change immediately.
-Have a thorough knowledge of the operation of the different treatment machines.
-Maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
-Must be consistently efficient and accurate.
-Must be familiar with and practice radiation safety procedures.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: PRN, As needed

Education:

Successfully completed a Radiation Therapy Technologist program and is board certified.

Certification & Licensures:

Must be a Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT).

BLS Certification

Experience:

N/A
