JOB SUMMARY

The Manager of outpatient rehabilitation is a licensed clinician who plans, directs, and assumes responsibility for all activities, administrative and clinical, of the Outpatient Departments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy under the general supervision of the Director of Therapy and Occupational Medicine and in accordance with the policies, procedures, objectives and philosophy of Saint Francis Medical Center. The Manager is responsible to provide strong leadership, motivation, staff development and clinical guidance to the staffs of Outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

- Graduate of an accredited university curriculum in a rehabilitation related discipline with a B.S. degree or Master's degree- required

Certification & Licensures:

- Licensed as a professional rehabilitation clinician in the State of Missouri- required

- BLS Certification- required

Experience:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a professional rehabilitation clinician in an accredited hospital or rehabilitation facility- required
