Executive Director – Home Health

As the Home Health Executive Director, you’ll lead daily operations for our Burbank home health ministry, guiding a talented team to deliver outstanding patient care and achieve organizational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving quality outcomes, and creating a positive, patient-centered culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team through coaching, communication, and collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, analyze performance, and implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Partner with clinical and strategic teams to drive quality, service excellence, and business development.
• Represent Compassus in the community, promoting our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field (strongly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience and 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Home Health leadership strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing operations, people, and performance in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Passion for leading teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care at home.

Pay Range: $132,080 – $208,540 annually

Additional incentives may apply, including bonuses, differentials, or premium pay.
