Job Title: Property Manager – Maple Village & Village Manor

Location: Rutland & Pittsford, Vermont
Schedule: Full-Time-40 hours a week | Monday–Friday
Properties: Maple Village (36 Units) & Village Manor (30 Units)

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Property Manager to oversee Maple Village in Rutland, VT and Village Manor in Pittsford, VT — two HUD 202/8 communities serving residents age 65+ and persons under 62 with disabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the daily operations of two affordable housing communities (total of 66 units).

  • Ensure compliance with HUD 202/8 regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.

  • Oversee rent collections, certifications, recertifications, and resident files.

  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure well-maintained communities.

  • Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and staff alike.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate property records, budgets, and reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Property Management, ideally within HUD 202/8 or other affordable housing programs.

  • Yardi software experience is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • A compassionate, resident-centered approach.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
