OVERVIEW:
The Manager of FP&A – Credit and Loyalty Programs supports the Dick’s Sporting Goods credit program, driving growth through a variety of initiatives which require significant cross-functional collaboration across internal Marketing and Store Operations and external bank partners. The position will be involved in design, execution, and measurement of initiatives, with the goal of driving profitable growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, a deep understanding of the retail credit card business, and experience with successful loyalty programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field
5 - 7 years of total experience with 3 – 5 years of experience in areas such as Credit, Treasury, Loyalty or Financial Planning
