Job Scope: Generally responsible for providing assistance to the Contracts and Compliance team. This work will be performed under close supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist General Counsel with day-to-day functions
Ideal Background
Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program
GPA: 2.7 or above
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality in all areas.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
