Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Draw up warehouse plan for the plant in collaboration with the points of contact and whilst complying with the CU specifications
Ensure compliance with standards and optimization measures relating to goods receipt, warehouse management, materials handling internally within the company and the dispatch areas
Carry out inventory checks in the logistics areas, as well as regularly and annually taking the inventory count in coordination with the superior
Organize, provide and dispose of containers (both reusable and disposable packaging) for Production
Generate 8D reports in the event of quality complaints in the assigned area in collaboration with the Quality department
Identify and incorporate continuous improvements in the assigned area
Support the company's targets, such as optimizing warehouse capacities and the inventory and reducing logistics costs
Track and ensure compliance with the 5S methodology in the warehouse
Carry out SAP checks on material movements to compare the inventory in the system with the actual inventory
Responsible for organizing the environmentally friendly disposal of production waste
Ensure material is stored properly based on internal specifications and defined CU standards
Reduce the dwell and waiting time for trucks, incl. efficiently managing the dock and yard
