Family First Homecare is seeking compassionate and reliable LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. If you are passionate about making a difference in a child’s life while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment, we would love to connect with you!

We currently have urgent case openings in the following areas:

📍Dunnellon (Citrus County) – URGENT NEED

Patient: 14-year-old female
Care Needs:

  • G-Tube

  • Trach care

  • Oxygen dependent

  • Non-ambulatory

  • Non-verbal

  • Hoyer lift in home

  • 2 dogs in household

Available Shifts:

  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

  • Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Friday Overnight: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Ideal candidate will be comfortable with trach and G-tube management and overnight care.

📍Howey in the Hills (Lake County) – URGENT NEED

Patient: 2-year-old active male
Care Needs:

  • G-Tube

Available Shifts:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • (Days are flexible)

Perfect opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working with toddlers and prefers daytime hours.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician’s plan of care

  • Perform assessments and monitor patient condition

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Maintain accurate documentation

  • Communicate effectively with families and care team

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida LPN or RN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Experience with pediatric trach and/or G-tube care (for applicable cases)

  • Compassionate, dependable, and family-focused
