Overview

We're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Learn & Develop: Gain a solid understanding of all aspects of our production process, from assembly to light manufacturing tasks, with full training provided.
• Complete Tasks Efficiently: Ensure all assigned duties are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support Team: Follow directions from supervisors, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a productive and safe work environment.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean, organized and safe by returning materials and tools to their designated places.

Qualifications

We are Looking for Candidates Who:

• Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
• Can lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time.
• Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE.
• Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work.
• Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed.
• Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands- on environment.
• Are at least 18 years of age.
