Experience Required

  • Driving organizational performance improvement and high reliability by collaborating with hospital leaders to implement the organizations quality and patient safety plan
  • Maintenance and organization of patient safety and clinical quality data collection
  • Coordinate the process of monitoring, measuring, and assessment of patient care and support systems to achieve high quality, safe, cost effective care. 
  • Work collaboratively with organizational leaders to minimize risks and embed best clinical practices.
  • Oversees concurrent regulatory readiness by providing review, assessment, and instruction when needed. 
  • Provide support when needed to Infection Prevention and Employee Health
  • Support the Stroke Quality Program

Education Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved professional school.  (nursing or other clinical professional) with current licensure in the State of New Jersey

Special Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer systems & a strong willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Experience with performance improvement and regulatory processes preferred
  • 5 years clinical healthcare management experience preferred
  • Prior experience interpreting regulatory guidelines preferred
