As a Site Navigator in Germany, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating site activation and enhancing collaboration across study teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site outreach including site engagement, collection of Confidentiality Agreements, and feasibility surveys.
• Perform Remote Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and manage follow-up documentation, including visit preparation, trip report completion, and other materials required to support site selection in line with sponsor, protocol, and country-specific regulations.
• Lead initial contract and budget negotiations with sites to ensure timely and compliant activation.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and ethics committee interactions.
• Act as the primary liaison between sites and internal study teams.
• Monitor site readiness and proactively resolve activation blockers.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of start-up metrics.

Required Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or site start-up.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience with remote PSV or CRA activities.
• Familiarity with eTMF and CTMS systems.
