Join our Fraud Operations team, where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will make a real impact. In this role, you’ll review and verify loan application information to ensure accuracy and protect against fraud. You’ll play an essential part in keeping our processes efficient and secure, delivering timely and reliable results. This is an intermediate-level position where you’ll investigate complex fraud cases, spot emerging patterns, and help improve detection workflows. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and share your expertise by guiding junior team members.
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct detailed investigations into flagged applications and suspicious behaviors.
Use investigative tools and external data sources to verify customer information and assess risk.
Identify and escalate fraud patterns and recommend improvements to detection workflows.
Draft escalation summaries for review by Compliance, Risk, or Legal.
Provide peer mentoring and assist with QA feedback.
