Job Summary
The Quality Safety Accreditation Specialist assists Monument Health Home+ leadership with accreditation/certification compliance, patient /customer safety oversight, QAPI, emergency preparedness and employee safety across all business lines. Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field or equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered to satisfy this requirement (examples of related field would be Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist).
Certification - appropriate state licensure based on clinical field
Preferred:
Experience - 1+ years of Audit/Compliance Experience; 1+ years of Quality Assurance/Improvement Experience; 3+ years of Clinical Experience
